Account Director – MENA (Enterprise AI Solutions)

About the role

We are an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, an AI‑native IDE. As an Account Director for the MENA region you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and activation – for enterprise customers, while feeding critical product feedback to our engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Cognition by sourcing, demoing, and closing highly technical AI solutions with early‑stage to enterprise‑level companies.
• Navigate layered organisations, engaging C‑suite executives, AI and technology leaders, procurement and legal stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify technical pain points, recommend the best use‑cases for Devin, and ensure successful deployment.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering to shape future product development.
• Build and scale a high‑performing technical sales organisation in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
• Technical background – experience as a software engineer, sales engineer or forward‑deployed engineer, or demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical problems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and a drive to win consistently.
• Exceptional learning ability and resilience.
