Architectural Engineer – High‑Rise & Urban Projects

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Architectural Engineer to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will contribute to large‑scale urban master‑plan and high‑rise development projects, working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural and engineering calculations to support design development and feasibility assessments for complex high‑rise and urban master‑plan components.
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed drawings, specifications, reports, and technical data tables in line with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate technical design activities across structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Maintain liaison with design, drafting, and project management groups to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Execute advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets.
• Analyze design requirements and propose innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
• Support comprehensive project documentation and ensure technical accuracy throughout the design process.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating architectural and design personnel.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of professional experience in architectural engineering, particularly on high‑rise and urban master‑plan projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of high‑rise building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation.
