Area Sales Manager – East Region

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the East region. This on‑site position focuses on driving revenue, building client relationships, and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the East area.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyse trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Train, mentor and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as an Area/Regional Sales Manager, preferably in fashion & retail.
• Proven background in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing sales trends.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with the local market in the East region is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
