Assistant Front Office Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the pre‑opening team of Hyatt Place Al Ula. In this role you will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure the front desk, guest services and night audit are ready for launch and deliver the high‑quality experience expected from the Hyatt brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the set‑up of front office areas, implement systems and prepare the team for opening.
• Supervise daily front office operations, including reception, guest services and night audit.
• Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑in/check‑out processes efficiently.
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery and escalation procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll processing and departmental administration.
• Train, coach and motivate front office staff to maintain Hyatt standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
