Assistant Manager Compliance

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking an Assistant Manager Compliance to support its compliance monitoring, policy documentation, regulatory reporting, and integrity register activities. The role ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute risk‑based compliance assessments, identify high‑risk areas, and prioritize monitoring activities.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and thematic assessments, document findings, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Assist in developing and reviewing compliance policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory changes.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management, the Board, and relevant committees.
• Maintain the Entity Management System, ensuring all entities meet filing, disclosure, and governance obligations.
• Coordinate collection and review of disclosures from employees, executives, and Board members, including conflicts of interest.
• Keep accurate, auditable records of compliance activities and support external regulatory inspections and audits.
• Maintain integrity registers (gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, donations) and support compliance training and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and help update related policies and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple subsidiaries and functions.
