Associate Construction Manager – Smart Kitchen Projects

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for an Associate Construction Manager to lead the delivery of its smart‑kitchen facilities in Jeddah. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through hand‑over, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines and budgets while complying with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction execution, monitor progress and manage risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal teams on‑site to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks against approved designs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, HSE regulations and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and apply value‑engineering solutions.
• Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments and resource planning.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders and work schedules.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to align construction activities with project goals and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5‑7 years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years in food‑and‑beverage or restaurant projects.
• Proven experience with BOQ preparation and cost control across civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and gas scopes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry standards.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
