About the role
Masan, a leading real‑estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Business Development and Growth Manager to join its Riyadh office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on uncovering new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and shaping the company’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across the Kingdom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging real‑estate dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch growth initiatives.
- Manage key partnerships, prepare proposals, and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management.
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision‑making, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management and business technology tools.
- Understanding of the real‑estate sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
