Community Executive – Resident Experience & Hospitality Supervisor

About the role

The Resident Experience & Hospitality Supervisor leads the delivery of a hotel‑style living experience within a residential compound. Acting as the primary on‑site representative, you will drive community activation, coordinate lifestyle programming, and manage day‑to‑day resident services to ensure a vibrant, service‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute lifestyle programs, events and community engagement initiatives in line with the annual activation calendar.
• Source and coordinate instructors and vendors (e.g., fitness, swimming, dance) and manage event logistics within approved budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests, supporting the compound manager in overall operations.
• Oversee booking and usage of shared facilities such as gym, pool, clubhouse and community spaces, ensuring fair allocation and compliance with guidelines.
• Manage resident transport services, including school bus coordination and mobility initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in hospitality, guest relations or resort‑style operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering 4‑5 star service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors and resident touchpoints simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can handle both routine and escalated issues.

Required skills

• Experience with event planning and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with facility booking systems and amenity management.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain high resident satisfaction.
