Contract Manager – Road & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

IC İçtaş Construction is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead contract administration for a major road and infrastructure project in Riyadh. You will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risks, and support project delivery through effective contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the contractual relationship with the Employer, ensuring all obligations are met and communication is clear.
• Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts for roads and bridges, ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide contract‑related guidance aligned with project goals.
• Negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable conditions while protecting company interests.
• Monitor contract performance, address non‑compliance promptly, and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contract activities for transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and audits, implementing best practices and continuous improvement.
• Resolve disputes and claims efficiently, preserving positive stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20+ years of experience in contract management on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Contract Manager on complex works.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
