Crypto Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Crypto Community Manager to grow and nurture our Web3 community across Discord, Telegram, and other social channels. You will be the primary point of contact for community members, ensuring a safe, engaging, and informative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate Discord and Telegram chats, enforcing rules and preventing spam or scams.
• Respond to community inquiries about the product, token, wallet, and campaigns.
• Post updates, announcements, and event reminders.
• Support AMAs, quests, testnets, and ambassador activities.
• Collect community feedback and share insights with the product team.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in community management or moderation.
• Strong proficiency with Discord and Telegram platforms.
• Basic knowledge of crypto and Web3 concepts such as wallets, networks, and airdrops.
• Excellent English communication skills for an international audience.
• High attention to detail for scam and spam prevention.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
