Cybersecurity Manager (Mid & Junior)

About the role

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead a team or project to ensure the organization’s security posture aligns with strategic objectives. This role focuses on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and the delivery of robust cybersecurity controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team or project operations, aligning activities with departmental goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and performance monitoring.
• Manage and develop team members, fostering skill enhancement and collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in line with NCA, SDAIA, and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, create corrective action plans, and report security status to senior management.
• Respond to, investigate, and document security incidents, maintaining an incident management log.
• Deliver cybersecurity training, workshops, and guidance sessions for staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address security risks and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 11 years of experience in cybersecurity or related areas.
• Professional certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
