DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team that includes engineering, data, security and product specialists. You will help embed DevOps best practices, accelerate release cycles and improve system reliability across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, security scanning, artifact management and multi‑environment deployments.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation; operate workloads on AWS, Azure, GCP and on‑prem.
• Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers and Helm charts.
• Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog) and define SLIs/SLOs.
• Lead incident response, post‑mortems, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Integrate DevSecOps controls such as SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning and policy‑as‑code.
• Collaborate with software, data and platform teams to improve developer experience and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud/Platform Engineering.
• Professional English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Security: SAST, DAST, SCA, secret management, IAM.
• Linux administration, networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls).
• Version control: advanced Git workflows.
