Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven, creative Digital Marketing Manager to shape and grow our digital presence. The role will design and execute high‑impact strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and generate conversions across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, community engagement and performance analysis.
• Drive content marketing and SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
• Monitor website performance and conversion rates through traffic analysis and funnel optimisation.
• Track, measure and report on key KPIs to continuously improve ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, algorithm changes and industry innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven record of campaign success.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, generate insights and make performance‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management skills.
