Digital Partners Lead

About the role

The Digital Partners Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple brands and aggregator platforms. You will shape the growth strategy, manage relationships with aggregators, and ensure efficient order processing while controlling non‑commission spend.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for each brand and aggregator under your remit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, supporting senior management in negotiations and contract renewals.
• Lead aggregator operations, streamline processes, and oversee related IT projects.
• Manage marketing spend on aggregators to maximise ROI and minimise unnecessary costs.
• Provide regular reporting, scorecards, and visibility into business performance.
• Forecast sales and transaction targets, develop weekly/monthly marketing plans, and monitor key revenue drivers.
• Set and track guest experience metrics on aggregator channels, launching corrective projects as needed.
• Develop rollout playbooks for new aggregator launches and support cross‑functional teams on channel initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 8‑10 years of experience in e‑commerce, agency or multi‑retail environments, focused on revenue or growth.
• Proven track record of building new partnerships and driving major commercial changes.
