About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team at Carwah. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and ensuring smooth execution of executive priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, and executive follow‑ups.
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Assist in organizing company events, leadership meetings, and business visits.
- Prioritize urgent matters to keep executives focused on key business priorities.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting C‑level executives is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendar management tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
