Fitness Trainer – Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Spa Fitness Trainer will deliver high‑quality fitness services to hotel guests, ensuring a safe and motivating environment. Working within the Grand Hyatt The Red Sea’s wellness centre, you will guide members through personalized workouts and maintain the facility’s equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers.
• Design and lead fitness sessions for guests.
• Ensure smooth operation of fitness activities.
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on all fitness equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness centre.

Required profile

• Holder of an internationally recognised fitness or physical‑education certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a fitness instructor or consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hospitality environment.
