FRA Accountant

About the role

The FRA Accountant supports financial accounting, reporting and compliance across the organization. Working closely with local and regional finance teams, the role ensures accurate books, timely financial statements and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in SAP and Excel, verifying day‑to‑day transactions such as supplier payments and employee claims.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow statements, coordinating with regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, AFCM, local tax regulations and support audit processes.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, supplier confirmations) and keep supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, provide ad‑hoc support for distributor‑related A/R and A/P, and assist in cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (KSA FRA team, Head of Finance, BPA, regional finance teams) and contribute to cross‑functional finance projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing or financial processes, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Auditing is a plus.
• Proven track record in financial controls, reporting and process improvement.
