GRC Manager & Board Secretary

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated GRC Manager & Board Secretary to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives while providing dedicated secretariat support to the Board of Directors and its committees. This role combines strategic oversight of risk and compliance frameworks with hands‑on coordination of Board activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Manage the Enterprise Risk Register, monitor risk mitigation plans and report on risk status.
• Lead compliance monitoring activities and support regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Create and update corporate policies, procedures and governance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Serve as Secretary to the Board and its Committees, handling meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute‑taking and resolution tracking.
• Maintain Board records and ensure adherence to governance requirements.
• Support implementation and follow‑up of Board and Committee decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit or related areas.
• Previous experience supporting Boards and Committees is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, risk management and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder management abilities.
