Head of Franchise – Legal Affairs

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a strategic Head of Franchise – Legal Affairs to lead franchise operations both locally and internationally. The role works closely with the Legal Affairs function to design, govern, and enforce franchise frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end franchise processes, from application evaluation through onboarding, renewals and lifecycle management.
• Ensure franchise agreements align with legal, commercial and strategic objectives.
• Monitor franchisee compliance with contractual obligations, operational standards and brand guidelines.
• Support trademark protection and regulatory compliance across target markets.
• Prepare franchise documentation for new market entry and coordinate operational readiness with internal stakeholders.
• Identify legal and commercial risks, propose mitigation strategies and advise internal teams.
• Produce reports on franchise performance, contractual status and expansion opportunities, collaborating with Finance and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in franchise management, legal governance or contract management.
• Proven ability to draft and review commercial agreements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in regional or international franchise environments is preferred.
