HR SSC – Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an HR SSC professional to drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition excellence, learning & development, and HR analytics across JD.com’s global operations. The role will partner with business units to align talent supply with corporate strategy and enhance workforce agility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of corporate strategy to forecast talent demand and develop integrated acquisition, development and retention plans.
• Design and optimise end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate assessment and onboarding, while improving candidate experience.
• Create a competency‑based learning and development framework, deliver targeted training programmes and measure ROI.
• Leverage HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as time‑to‑hire and retention, identify bottlenecks and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition or HR analytics within a large, fast‑paced organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable talent strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with multiple business units.
