Interface Lead – Systems Integration Engineer

About the role

Lantern Systems is looking for an experienced Interface Lead to drive integration activities across Siemens ACS platforms, Oracle HR systems, and client‑side infrastructure within a large industrial project. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and can be filled as a Lantern employee or a long‑term contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Interface Control Document (ICD) covering Siemens ACS and Oracle HR APIs, including data formats, synchronization, error handling and security.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date the RACI matrix for Lantern, Siemens, Maaden IT, ISD and Cybersecurity teams.
• Lead tri‑party technical workshops, capture decisions and obtain approvals.
• Manage integration issue logs, track technical dependencies and coordinate cross‑party activities.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain end‑to‑end integration sign‑off.
• Deliver the HCIS Stage 3 integration design package as part of the overall project submission.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industrial architecture standards such as NCA ECC, HCIS and the Purdue Model.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of systems integration experience in multi‑vendor environments (telecom, defense, oil & gas, industrial or critical infrastructure).
• Proven track record as a prime‑side Integration Lead, not only as a Siemens or Oracle subject‑matter expert.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Resident of Saudi Arabia preferred.
