Interior Design Manager

About the role

The Interior Design Manager reports to the Head of Interior Design and leads the design and execution of interior spaces across the organization. This role shapes design strategy, ensures project delivery on time and within budget, and maintains the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of interior design strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage planning, coordination, and delivery of interior design packages, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Identify project risks, work with stakeholders to implement mitigation solutions, and resolve design‑related challenges.
• Develop and coordinate interior design concepts, presentations, and detailed design packages.
• Review drawings, specifications, and material selections for accuracy, compliance, and design integrity.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and address feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for interior design.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with project managers, consultants, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality.
