IT Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of software development and business application projects. The role works closely with developers, business users, vendors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects from initiation through delivery, tracking timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with development teams, business users and external vendors, especially on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports and updates.
• Support SDLC activities including testing, deployment and user training.
• Monitor task progress, follow up with team members and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage change requests, issue tracking and overall project coordination.
• Participate in system implementation, enhancement and integration projects.
• Ensure delivery meets quality standards and business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination or software development projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP or CRM platforms.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
