Junior Learning Solutions Consultant (Internship)

About the role

As a Junior Learning Solutions Consultant you will support McGraw Hill’s sales team in Saudi Arabia, helping to maintain existing academic relationships and uncover new opportunities for our digital and print education products. This internship offers hands‑on experience in sales, customer engagement, and the EdTech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and building relationships with key decision‑makers such as department heads, academics and e‑learning staff.
• Support customer meetings and calls to promote McGraw Hill solutions and drive sales opportunities.
• Conduct research on academic institutions and maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce.
• Help keep the CRM system up‑to‑date and collaborate with the team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Learn product features and communicate benefits to customers, providing feedback for improvement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BA preferred) with strong interest in education technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with research, cold calling and appointment setting.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
