Main Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless production continuity.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, installation, and repairs of production machinery.
• Support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Accurately record operational data and report any malfunctions or deviations immediately.
• Execute all tasks in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), cGMP standards, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in technical team meetings.
• Manage workstation organization, stock levels, and quality control protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related technical field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (entry-level candidates are welcome).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (cGMP).
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a technical team.

Required Skills

• Technical equipment operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.
• Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Data recording and technical reporting.
• Fluency in English (Mandatory); Arabic is a significant plus.
