Junior Production Engineer

About the role

Saint-Gobain is seeking a motivated Junior Production Engineer to join its manufacturing team. In this entry‑level position you will support daily production operations, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes, report deviations or malfunctions, and record production data.
• Load raw materials correctly and verify that finished products meet quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
• Support team performance by participating in improvement projects and communicating issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in production or a similar role.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
