About the role
Fresha is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will work closely with partners, sales, and onboarding teams to nurture long‑term relationships and drive platform monetisation, retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Meet KPIs related to monetisation, retention and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners.
- Analyse account reports and execute upsell plans to increase monetised revenue from existing customers.
- Conduct online video meetings to ensure a strong partner experience and build meaningful relationships.
- Maintain a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support partner onboarding and ongoing success.
Required profile
- Junior‑level sales or business development experience, or a background in relationship management.
- Strong desire to learn, develop and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable upsell opportunities.
