Khaleeji Dialect Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Khaleeji language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. As a freelance AI trainer you will work remotely, interacting with cutting‑edge language models to improve their understanding of Khaleeji grammar, syntax, morphology and usage.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on a variety of linguistic scenarios, testing verb conjugations, case systems, word order, gender agreement and stylistic variations.
• Identify and document model failures, providing clear error traces and suggestions for prompt‑engineering improvements.
• Validate factual and logical accuracy of model outputs and contribute to the design of evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate with the data‑annotation team to ensure high‑quality training data for future releases.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Khaleeji Arabic with deep practical knowledge of its grammar and usage.
• Experience in teaching, translation, linguistic research or community language projects.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, “showing your work” in written form.
• Bachelor’s degree in Khaleeji language, linguistics or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills for error analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with prompt‑engineering concepts and AI model evaluation.
