Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will support Sunbulah Group and its subsidiaries by providing comprehensive legal counsel across all business functions. This role ensures that contracts, trademarks, and corporate matters comply with Saudi Arabian and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain all contracts relevant to the company’s operations.
• Standardize contract templates and update existing standards.
• Register and manage trademarks inside and outside KSA, handling renewals and dispute resolution.
• Monitor changes in laws, rules, and regulations and advise on their impact.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and key staff on a wide range of issues.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation measures, and oversee litigation with external counsel.
• Monitor implementation of settlements, agreements, and court judgments.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and perform administrative legal duties.

Required profile

• Law bachelor’s degree with a professional license; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG, reputable law firms, or multinational companies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a hard‑working attitude.
