Marketing Specialist (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive market research, design and execute marketing strategies, and support our sales initiatives to strengthen client relationships and boost satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Develop, implement and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to improve service offerings.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to enhance client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, market research and B2B communication.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in sales support and lead management.
• Familiarity with digital‑marketing trends and analytical tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in workforce accommodation or service industries is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
