Medical Sales Representative – Customer Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join Organon’s sales team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory, ensuring they receive accurate clinical and economic information to support prescribing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls and visits with prospective and existing customers in the healthcare sector.
• Plan and execute territory visits in line with company policies, legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide healthcare professionals with scientific data, clinical outcomes and product information.
• Participate in scientific events, conferences and training sessions for medical staff.
• Maintain high ethical standards and represent Organon’s values in all interactions.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (graduate).
• Saudi national, active and willing to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Team‑player attitude, accountable and results‑oriented.
• Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard PC applications.
