Operations Compliance & Quality Assurance Senior Manager

About the role

The Operations Compliance & Quality Assurance Senior Manager leads the design, implementation and governance of compliance, quality and operational risk frameworks across Floward’s operations. Reporting to the Lead Operations Excellence, the role ensures regulatory and internal standards are met while supporting scalable and reliable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the compliance and quality assurance strategy aligned with the operations excellence roadmap.
• Design, implement and maintain policies, standards and governance frameworks across all markets.
• Establish an audit framework, lead internal audits and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Define and monitor compliance and quality KPIs, providing transparent reporting.
• Identify operational, compliance and quality risks, lead investigations and deliver root‑cause analysis.
• Provide senior leadership with risk insights, impact assessments and mitigation plans.
• Develop and roll out training programs to build a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance and quality into new service launches and process redesigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations compliance, quality assurance or operational risk.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of leading audits and investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to design and implement governance frameworks in fast‑growing environments.
