About the role
We are seeking a proactive Operations Contracts In-Charge to oversee the lifecycle of operational contracts and ensure seamless execution across our teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong contract administration expertise with excellent coordination skills to support service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage operational contracts to ensure compliance with all obligations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and service delivery.
- Track contract deadlines, renewals, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare operational and contract performance reports.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments on contract‑related matters.
- Support the preparation, review, and amendment of contracts.
- Maintain accurate records, approvals, and communications.
- Identify operational risks and escalate issues when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or contracts administration.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
