About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. The role involves maintaining payroll records, collaborating with HR and Finance, and guaranteeing compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the scheduled timeline.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll‑related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and related documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Monitor and verify timesheets and attendance records.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
- Assist in payroll audits and reconciliation processes.
- Support the preparation of end‑of‑service benefits, final settlements, and other payroll transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
