Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Process Engineer to lead the optimisation of our production operations. The role involves analysing current workflows, applying lean and Six Sigma methodologies, troubleshooting equipment, and designing solutions that reduce waste while enhancing product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse process flows and design plant layouts to maximise efficiency and minimise bottlenecks.
• Apply lean tools such as Kaizen, SMED, Poka‑Yoke and Muda elimination to improve labour productivity and lower costs.
• Develop and run simulations using Arena Simulation to model and optimise production systems.
• Monitor daily operations, perform root‑cause analysis (5‑Why, PDCA) and resolve line issues to minimise downtime.
• Design and fabricate custom jigs, fixtures and tooling for new or existing products.
• Drive quality improvement using Six Sigma DMAIC, create and maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance to improve OEE.
• Map processes for ERP/SAP implementation and support EHS initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to drive process efficiencies safely.
