Program Director – Enterprise Data Transformation

About the role

The Program Director – Enterprise Data Transformation will shape and execute the organization’s Data & AI strategy, driving modernization of the data ecosystem, cloud platforms, governance, analytics and AI adoption across all business domains. This senior leader will coordinate multiple large‑scale programs and ensure alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Data & AI transformation strategy aligned with digital and business objectives.
• Oversee programs such as Data Platform Modernization, Data Governance, BI & Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Migration and Data Operations.
• Establish executive governance structures, steering committees, program controls and KPIs.
• Drive adoption of modern data architectures including Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehouses, real‑time platforms and AI‑enabled ecosystems.
• Provide strategic leadership to Program Managers, Enterprise Architects, Data Engineering, Governance teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi PDPL, Insurance Authority, Ministry of Health and cybersecurity regulations.
• Manage transformation budgets, vendor relationships, sourcing strategies and commercial governance.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management.

Required profile

• 15+ years in technology, data or enterprise transformation leadership.
• 7+ years managing large‑scale data, cloud or AI transformation portfolios.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide data modernization in complex organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
