About the role

The company is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead quality control activities on road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all quality control processes for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Lead and mentor the QC team, coordinating with project managers and contractors.
• Identify risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee contract management and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in civil/infrastructure or road projects.
• Proven track record in quality control and project management.
