Quality Assurance & Control Engineer – Fragrance & Cosmetics

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer to safeguard the quality of its fragrance and cosmetics portfolio. You will ensure products meet the highest standards, comply with regulations, and reach the market safely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC processes for fragrance and cosmetic product lines.
• Inspect and test raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Verify compliance with local, GCC and international cosmetic regulations.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for consistency with specifications.
• Manage stability, performance testing and maintain quality documentation.
• Investigate non‑conformities, customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product development, supply chain and manufacturing partners.
• Support supplier evaluations, factory inspections and audits.
• Prepare quality reports for regulatory and internal use.
• Travel regularly between factories, warehouses and retail sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in perfumes, cosmetics or personal‑care manufacturing.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently as business needs dictate.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Understanding of GMP requirements.
• Experience with inspections, audits and compliance processes.
• Practical use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
