Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all finished products, raw materials, and components meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role works closely with production teams to identify and resolve defects, maintaining high levels of product reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods, raw materials, and parts for defects such as cracks, dents, or incorrect dimensions.
• Use measuring tools—including calipers, micrometers, and gauges—to verify accuracy.
• Record test results, generate inspection reports, and promptly report issues to supervisors or engineers.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized inspection areas and keep proper documentation for audits.
• Utilize company-specific software for data entry and quality tracking.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
