About the role

The Real Estate Investment Vice President will play a pivotal role in monitoring and reporting investment performance across a diversified real‑estate portfolio. Leveraging practical knowledge of multiple asset classes, the candidate will support strategic initiatives, fund formation, and partnership development while guiding junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Support the investment team in defining and implementing real‑estate investment strategy, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic plans, including land‑bank development and monetisation initiatives.
• Prepare and support investment and project business plans using robust financial forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance, conduct strategic reviews, and recommend enhancements or repositioning.
• Develop and maintain financial models for investment screening, feasibility analysis, and underwriting.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes across financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial workstreams.
• Draft investment screening memos and assist in preparing detailed investment memorandums for executive committees.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to structure transactions, including land development, ground leases, and partnership agreements.
