About the role
This position offers the chance to be the first point of contact for a prestigious, fast‑paced investment bank. You will welcome clients and visitors, manage day‑to‑day front‑desk operations and support the wider office team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front‑desk inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation at all times.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
