Runner / Courier – Logistics Support

About the role

The Runner / Courier will support the logistics team by moving documents, parcels and materials safely and efficiently between company locations, warehouses, vendors and customers. This full‑time, onsite position ensures timely deliveries while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, samples and other items between sites, obtaining signatures and completing delivery logs.
• Prioritise urgent deliveries and ensure timely drop‑offs.
• Assist warehouse or logistics teams with unloading, sorting and routing items.
• Transport items between departments as requested and support inventory staff with checking, labelling or dispatch.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, report discrepancies and handle confidential materials securely.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors, providing clear communication on delivery status.
• Follow all logistics protocols, safety procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Good communication and professionalism.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and carry parcels of varying weights.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes (advantageous).
