Sales Manager – International Logistics (Riyadh)

About the role
JD Logistics is expanding its international business in the Middle East and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead strategic growth in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing high‑value enterprise clients and promoting JD’s end‑to‑end logistics solutions, including warehousing, transportation, fulfilment, cross‑border trade and customs services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships across e‑commerce, retail, manufacturing and cross‑border trade sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth through solution‑based logistics selling.
- Understand customer pain points and design tailored supply chain and logistics solutions.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, RFQ/RFP bidding processes and contract management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as operations, transportation, customs, warehousing, finance and product teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with key customers.
- Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, profitability and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Commercially driven professional with a strong appetite for sales and business development.
- Willingness to relocate to the Middle East and work onsite in Riyadh.
- Proven experience managing enterprise‑level accounts and driving strategic growth.
- Excellent negotiation, pricing and contract management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across Asia, Europe and China.
