About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing real estate team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, mentor consultants, and expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants by example.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and sales capability.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- 5–6 years of real estate experience, including 2–3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Proven sales record in real estate.
- Hands‑on experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
- Strong training and coaching abilities with up‑to‑date knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
