About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to drive our commercial operations and lead a high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily sales activities, ensure seamless order execution, and manage key strategic relationships to achieve our business objectives within the medical sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales activities and analyze performance reports to drive strategic decisions.
- Supervise the end-to-end sales process, including order tracking, delivery status, and billing advancement.
- Develop and execute weekly sales plans aligned with corporate commercial targets.
- Conduct field visits to strategic clients to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Manage NUPCO Marketplace activities, including requests, purchase orders, listings, and delivery follow-ups.
- Support quotations, tenders, collections, and ERP-based sales processes.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability aligns with sales demand.
- Lead, mentor, and perform regular performance reviews for the sales team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in the Medical Consumables and Medical Devices industry (Sales & Marketing).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Must be a Saudi National.
Required Skills
- Expertise in NUPCO tender processes (Major Asset).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and end-to-end sales workflows.
- Advanced sales forecasting and inventory planning.
- Strategic account management and client relationship building.
- Team management and performance monitoring.
