SAP Security & GRC Consultant (S/4HANA & Fiori)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to lead end‑to‑end security design for SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to redesign roles, enhance GRC processes, and implement customized rulesets that meet strict compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA security and Fiori authorization concepts.
• Redesign roles and manage large‑scale transformation projects.
• Configure and enhance SAP GRC Access Control (12) including custom rulesets and SoD analysis.
• Manage access request processes and integrate security with SAP BTP and cloud systems.
• Maintain MSMP workflow, BRF+ and GRC configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security and GRC.
• Proven ability to handle multi‑entity, large‑scale implementations.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
