Saudi S&T Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

This senior transformation role is responsible for driving the multi‑year transformation agenda that underpins long‑term sustainable growth for the Saudi market. You will lead key operating‑model, cost‑productivity and transformation‑office initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for the Next Chapter operating model, aligning organization, processes and ways of working with the OU roadmap.
• Lead the GCC agenda, ensuring smooth transition, leveraging global scale and coordinating with function leads, people, and communications partners.
• Manage the Cost Transformation program, building a 2‑5 year productivity pipeline and overseeing workstreams such as DTV, portfolio harmonisation, procurement and digital initiatives.
• Act as lead for Saudi DTV, facilitating sprints, prioritising initiatives, onboarding SWAT teams and driving value realisation.
• Own the Transformation Management Office, delivering the multi‑year roadmap, defining project plans and coordinating governance processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in large‑scale transformation, program or portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inter‑dependencies, risks and change communications.
