Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant specialized in fixed assets to manage acquisition, invoicing, and record‑keeping processes. The role ensures accurate asset classification, timely booking, and seamless coordination with finance, IT, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review all fixed‑asset related invoices from warehouse and end‑user departments.
• Verify invoice details, classify assets correctly, and assign asset numbers.
• Coordinate asset tagging and stickering for identification and tracking.
• Forward verified invoices to Accounts Payable and follow up to ensure timely recording.
• Work with the IT department to resolve ERP system issues during asset booking.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in fixed‑asset accounting and project environments.
• Mandatory membership in SOCPA.

Required skills

• ERP system proficiency for asset booking and tracking.
