Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through execution. The role requires strong technical expertise, advanced design capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and oversee project execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and design discussions.
• Review and supervise design deliverables and BIM coordination processes.
• Support project planning, scheduling and execution activities.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory); professional certifications or a Master’s degree are a plus.
• Minimum 7‑8 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Experience on GCC/Saudi Arabia projects is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Architectural Design Development, Construction Documentation, Technical Detailing, Space Planning and Design Coordination.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building regulations, BIM coordination workflows, material specifications and construction methodologies.
