Senior Business Analyst

About the role

EjadTech is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis activities, drive process improvements, and ensure high‑quality product delivery within an Agile environment. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, support development teams, and guide stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Document requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conduct As‑Is/To‑Be business process analysis and model workflows with BPMN or similar tools.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and recommend feasible solutions.
• Analyze business and product data to generate insights for decision‑making.
• Prepare and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and result documentation.
• Maintain key documents such as BRD, SRS, and process maps with high clarity.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support sprint activities.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in Agile teams.
• Strong experience in process modelling, requirements documentation, data analysis, and UAT.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
